The Kitchen at The Store offers classes on many subjects from basic knife skills to regional styles to advanced culinary techniques. We also invite guest chefs to conduct classes in their special areas of expertise. Whether you ar a beginner or a seasoned pro classes at The Store will improve your relationship with the ingredients, tools and techniques involved with creating wonderful cuisine!

Special Additions to August

August 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th - Knife Sharpening & Knife Skills Class
Bring in your knives and have The Kitchen at The Store sharpen them (first three free), $5 donation per knife after that going to Camp Ta-Kum-Ta - camp for children with cancer. Chef John will be on hand to give you tips on how to properly use your knives and new techniques for their use.
